Kayley Simmons is a Diabetes Pharmacist Coordinator at Denver Health where she provides direct patient care and partners with care teams to standardize best practices and strengthen diabetes care delivery across the organization. Kayley is certified by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties in Ambulatory Care and is Board Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management.
